35% of Delhi population still resides in JJ Clusters and unauthorized colonies. Mobile Health clinic provides access to the economically weaker sections of the society. The Mobile Health van has been provided to us by the Directorate of Health, Govt of Delhi and runs six days a week. In order to good quality and efficacious service provision, a team of qualified medical/ para-medical professionals are always on board which consist of a MBBS Doctor, a Pharmacist, a qualified Nurse, a Dresser and an Attendant. The medicines that are distributed are provided by Office of CMO, Govt of Delhi. We provide following services:
- To provide medical facilities to people living in JJ Clusters at their doorstep.
- To give health education
- To take active participation in National Health Programs like Pulse Polio, Measles immunization, Leprosy control
- Sanitation surveys and steps to improve sanitary conditions in JJ Clusters.
- To lift drinking water samples from the JJ Clusters and sending them to MCD Public Health Laboratory for testing .
- MITWA :11 MHS Dispy Vans carry Delhi AIDS Control Society Counsellors & Lab Tech for counselling & taking sample
